Shipping
We offer free shipping on over 90% of our catalog offered to you on our website but due to the nature of some high-valued items and how they are packaged, these items may not qualify for free shipping so that they can make it to you in a safe & secure manner while still being quick.
Free shipping will ship from the best available option from:
- USPS First Class
- UPS Ground
- FedEx Ground
We also offer expedited options as well if you are interested in getting your order quicker!
Orders ship within 48-72 hours or less from when the order was placed and will ship out during normal business hours (Tuesday - Saturday). Some orders that include items that require more handling time to get prepared to ship will state the extra handling time in the item description. If you have any questions or concerns on the ship timeframe of some products contact us and we can provide more information.
Interested in shipping outside of the lower 48 states? We can ship to both AK & HI but some items may require longer ship times than standard shipping, contact us to find out more! Looking to ship to another country? Contact us to find out if your order is eligible as some items may not able to be shipped outside the country. No matter your shipping inquiry, we are happy to assist you in getting your order!

Returns
If you are interested in returning your order back to us, please read below for more information on how returns work.
- Returned items may be subject to restocking fees ranging from 10-50% depending on the item and what condition it was returned back to us in
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise by Elevated Performance
- If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately so we can get a replacement sent to you
- Returned items must come back to us in original packaging and accessories
- Orders may be returned directly to us at our main location
Any eligible refunds will be refunded back to the original method of payment. If you would like to change the method of refund, let us know at the time of inquiry.
